Stirling Properties Welcomes Randy Raudabaugh to its Team
BATON ROUGE, Louisiana —- (DECEMBER 13, 2010) Stirling Properties announces the addition of Randy Raudabaugh to the Commercial Brokerage Division’s team of sales professionals located at 8550 United Plaza Boulevard in Baton Rouge. He will serve customers throughout the Greater Baton Rouge market.
Mr. Raudabaugh joins Stirling Properties after having served thirty-five years with the ExxonMobil Corporation including twelve years with Exxon’s real estate development subsidiary, Friendswood Development Company, managing a broad range of commercial, residential and industrial development projects. His last ten years were with ExxonMobil’s Global Real Estate and Facilities department where he became familiar with markets worldwide. As Senior Vice President of Global Real Estate, Mr. Raudabaugh ran the real estate business in North and South America, managing millions of square feet of ExxonMobil office and warehouse leases in addition to a variety of real estate responsibilities throughout the western hemisphere. Up until his retirement in August of 2009, Mr. Raudabaugh served as the Senior Global Services Executive at the company’s corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas.

Mr. Raudabaugh holds designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM). He graduated with honors from Louisiana State University where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science in marketing and Master’s of Business Administration degrees. While at LSU, Randy was on the gymnastics team and a football cheerleader. Mr. Raudabaugh is an active member in the LSU Flores MBA Alumni Association, Corenet, and the LSU “L” Club.
