Stirling Properties Celebrates Grand Opening of New Retailers at Premier Centre
COVINGTON, Louisiana (NOVEMBER 2, 2011) Stirling Properties, developer and manager of Premier Centre, a 295,000 square foot grocery-anchored neighborhood and community shopping center, announces the grand opening this week of national retailers Coldwater Creek and Buckle.
Premier Centre was developed in 2000 and has remained fully occupied since its opening which now includes over 20 retail, restaurant and service tenants. The sales per square foot are well above average for the national tenants at Premier Centre which allowed Stirling Properties to expand the shopping options by building a 1 acre outparcel adjacent to Chase Bank to accommodate approximately 10,000 square feet of additional retail space. The new stores will open their doors on November 3, 2011 marking their first entry into the St. Tammany Parish and Northshore markets.
- Buckle will open their 11th Louisiana location at 3470 Highway 190 in Mandeville. The 5,000 square-foot store will offer a wide selection of brand names and private label casual apparel, including denims, other casual bottoms, tops, sportswear, outerwear, accessories and footwear for both men and women.
- Coldwater Creek will showcase women’s apparel, accessories and gift collections that have refreshingly modern sensibility. The 4,833 square-foot store at 3410 Highway 190 in Mandeville will be the retailer’s 5th Louisiana location with stores in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Metairie and Shreveport. Store Manager Christina Clark noted that the new location already has a devoted customer base and that Coldwater Creek is excited to be joining the thriving Western St. Tammany community.
