Stirling Announces Key Promotions in Property Services Division!
As Stirling continues to grow, with over 24 million square feet managed, we have restructured our Property Services Division to better serve our expanding needs. We are excited to announce the following promotions:
- Lindsey Palmer to Vice President of Property Management.
- Rachel Jerkins to Property Services Manager in our Daphne, AL office.
- Claire Barker to Property Services Manager in our Covington, LA office.
Lindsey Palmer Promoted to Vice President of Property Management
Lindsey Palmer’s promotion to Vice President of Property Management is a testament to her extensive experience and dedication. During her tenure at Stirling, Lindsey has excelled in Accounting, Project Management, and Property Management. As the Director of Property Services for the past ten years, her leadership and commitment have been invaluable. We are confident that Lindsey will continue to lead our Property Services Department with integrity and excellence.
Rachel Jerkins Promoted to Property Services Manager
Rachel Jerkins has been with Stirling since 2015 serving as a Property Manager in the Mobile, AL area. She has successfully managed a variety of retail and office properties, demonstrating her ability and dedication. In her new role as Property Services Manager, Rachel will oversee our Property Service personnel along the Gulf Coast. We are excited to see her continue to lead by example.
Claire Barker Promoted to Property Services Manager
Claire Barker joined Stirling in 2017 as a Property Manager on the Northshore, managing retail, industrial, and office properties in Covington, Hammond, and Gulfport. Claire’s high-quality work and commitment to excellence have made her a valuable asset to our team. In her new role as Property Services Manager, Claire will supervise our Property Service personnel in the Covington office.
