1976: Our First Development

It all began with The Boulevard, our very first retail center in Lafayette, LA, spanning 65,000 square feet. Stirling (then Maurin-Ogden) set the stage for what would become a legacy of growth, innovation, and community impact. Today, that single development has grown into an incredible 30 million square feet of commercial real estate developed across the Gulf South.
