Stirling and Kent Design+Build Celebrate Ribbon Cutting of New Corporate Headquarters at River Chase

COVINGTON, LA – Stirling and Kent Design Build officially opened the doors to their new corporate headquarters today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at River Chase Office II. The newly completed Class A office building, spanning more than 50,000 square feet, stands as a testament to both companies’ continued investment in St. Tammany Parish and their commitment to long-term growth.

The significance of Stirling and Kent Design Build’s decision to keep their corporate headquarters in Louisiana has been recognized by business leaders across the region. Michael Hecht, President and CEO of Greater New Orleans, Inc. (GNO, Inc.), highlighted in his remarks how this investment as a strong indicator of confidence in Louisiana’s business climate and economic future. By choosing to grow locally, both companies reaffirm their commitment to the region’s workforce, infrastructure, and economic development.

Located near the intersection of Interstate 12 and LA Highway 21, the new headquarters will provide a dynamic and collaborative workspace designed to enhance efficiency and innovation. The building features modern amenities, including a rooftop terrace, a reservable boardroom for tenants, and a state-of-the-art geothermal HVAC system, reinforcing a forward-thinking approach to workplace design.

Designed by Eskew Dumez Ripple (EDR), the building represents a more than $20 million investment in the region. For Kent Design Build, whose team led construction efforts, the project symbolizes a deep and lasting commitment to the community.
