Stirling Announces Two Major Promotions!
Stirling is pleased to announce the promotions of John Woodard and Ryan Juneau to Vice President
John joined Stirling full-time in 2020 and has been promoted to Vice President. Prior to his promotion, he served as Director of Development and Asset Management. Since joining the Company, John has developed into a multi-faceted real estate professional with roles that span development and asset management. He has led various noteworthy projects across the region, including Stirling’s first build-to-rent communities and the company’s new corporate office headquarters at River Chase. In addition, John leads asset management for many of Stirling’s New Orleans properties, including the Pan-American Life Center, Magnolia Marketplace, Mid-City Marketplace, and Offices at Mid-City, as well as the company’s multi-family portfolio. John is the company liaison for government relations, having served as aide to Congressman Steve Scalise and was later appointed by the President to serve as White House Liaison and Special Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration. As Vice President, John will carry forward his existing leadership roles with an increased focus on new business development across the region, specifically in the New Orleans market.

Ryan joined Stirling in 2013 and has been promoted to Vice President of Asset Management. Since joining the Company, Ryan has worked in Stirling’s Development Division, where he was Project Manager for numerous new developments and renovations of retail, office, multi-family, and infrastructure projects. In 2016, he transitioned full-time to asset manager, where he currently oversees over 3 million square feet of properties that primarily span across Stirling’s retail and office portfolio. Ryan has become a prominent leader for the Company in asset management with extensive expertise in managing and redeveloping of many of our assets. As Vice President of Asset Management, Ryan will continue to be a driving force for the company as we continue to grow our asset management portfolio.
