Stirling Properties Announces New Tenant & Expansion at Clearview Mall
Stirling Properties is pleased to announce the addition of Twin Peaks Restaurant and the expansion of Blue Cliff College at Clearview Mall.
Twin Peaks has leased 7,910 square-feet of restaurant space at Clearview Mall and will offer customers made-from-scratch food and ice-cold draft beer in a mountain sports lodge setting. Twin Peaks opened their first Louisiana location in Baton Rouge in 2011 and the second Louisiana location will be in Houma opening in early May. Clearview Mall will be their first location in the New Orleans area and is anticipated to open in the Fall of 2013.
Blue Cliff, which currently occupies 9,800 square-feet for their Massage School, will be expanding their first floor by 2,763 square-feet to include their Cosmetology School. The Cosmetology School is being relocated from its current location on Cleary Avenue in Metairie.
Spaces are available for lease ranging from 720 to 12,976 square-feet at Clearview Mall. In addition, office space ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 square-feet is also available for lease. Clearview Mall To Host an Easter Eggstravaganza
Metairie, Louisiana (March 19, 2012) – Clearview Mall, managed and leased by Stirling Properties, will host several Easter activities with special guest: the Easter Bunny.
Kids and families are encouraged to hop into Clearview Mall to take part in Don Daigrepont Studio’s Easter Photo Experience complete with real baby bunnies. Packages start at $15.99 and are available for three weeks starting Saturday, March, 17 and ending Saturday, April 7. The Easter Bunny will also be giving out special complimentary treats from Elmer’s chocolate during all portrait sessions.
Other highlights include an Easter Eggstravaganza event including face painting, balloon art and an egg hunt. The event will be held 11 am to 1 pm at the mall’s food court on March 31 and again on April 7. Guests of all ages are invited to attend this free public event.

Clearview Mall Launches Website with New and Improved Features
Metairie, Louisiana (March 7, 2012) – Clearview Mall, managed and leased by Stirling Properties, announces the launch of its newly redesigned website, www.clearviewmall.com, which features improved functionality and social sharing capabilities. Clearview Mall’s Breakfast with Santa Raises Money for The Children’s Hospital of New Orleans
Metairie, Louisiana (December 14, 2011) – Clearview Mall, managed and leased by Stirling Properties, raised $630 for the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans with their Breakfast with Santa held Saturday December 10, 2011.
Clearview Mall partnered with Zea Rotisserie and Grill to provide a private breakfast for approximately 135 children and their parents to celebrate the holidays. Along with a plated breakfast there was face painting, games, storytelling and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Giveaways included Christmas decorated candied apples from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory for the kids and glass mugs titled “Breakfast with Santa Clearview Mall 2011,” engraved by Cupid’s Engravings, for the parents. His most recent employment as Property Manager for NAI Sullivan Group in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, included the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations for 14 retail and office properties that totaled over 1 million square feet.
