Stirling Properties Officially Announces Sam’s Club is Coming to River Chase
COVINGTON, Louisiana —- (AUGUST 16, 2011) Stirling Properties, the developer of River Chase, officially announces that Sam’s Club is coming to River Chase Shopping Center, the largest open-air retail center in St. Tammany Parish. Sam’s Club closed today on the purchase of a 16.58 acre site for the development of a new, 136,000 square foot store at River Chase. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., the parent company for Sam’s Club, has committed to build their top of the line prototype building at the River Chase site, which will not resemble any other Sam’s Club in Louisiana.
This new Sam’s Club will be the only one in western St. Tammany and construction on the predominantly stone and brick facade will begin soon as Sam’s has already obtained all the necessary permits to begin. The anticipated opening is scheduled for fall 2012 and is expected to provide 100+ jobs for the area.

Stirling Properties Awarded Exclusive Listing Contract for The Villaggio Development

BOSSIER CITY, LOUISIANA (MAY 2, 2011)–On May 1st, 2011, Stirling Properties was awarded the exclusive listing contract for the sale and lease of existing retail shop space and vacant land at Villaggio in Bossier City. As the Broker, Stirling Properties will market approximately 55,000 square feet of main street retail space and up to six outparcel pad sites while the ownership and operation of the multi-family and office space will be retained by Villaggio Bossier, LLC.

Stirling Properties Announces that The Children’s Place is Coming to Hammond Square
HAMMOND, Louisiana —- (NOVEMBER 11, 2010) Stirling Properties, the developer of Hammond Square, announces the addition of another retail tenant to its power-lifestyle center. The Children’s Place, the leading specialty retailer of children’s clothing and accessories, with over 975 locations nationally and 14 in Louisiana, plan to open its first Northshore location at Hammond Square.
The Children’s Place will occupy 4,290 SF of available space on Main Street directly across from Encore Shoe Department.
