Stirling Properties announces the addition of Target to the tenant lineup at Premier Centre, located on U.S. Highway 190 in Mandeville, Louisiana.
Target will occupy roughly 58,000 square feet of retail space, backfilling the former Stein Mart store, as well as the adjacent space currently housing Rack Room Shoes, and an additional 13,000 square feet of new building expansion area in the rear of the building. Rack Room Shoes will expand and relocate next to Whole Foods Market in the former Forever 21 Red space. Rack Room Shoes is expected to re-open in its expanded space in the fall of 2021.

Renovation & Expansion To Include New White Barn Shop.
Bath & Body Works at Premier Centre in Mandeville is celebrating its grand re-opening on Friday, May 10th—just in time for Mother’s Day! If you love Bath & Body Works, get ready for a renovated and expanded store format that will include the addition of its White Barn concept. Stop by this weekend for exclusive Mother’s Day sales and specials.
White Barn, a sister company of Bath & Body Works, features signature candles and home fragrances. The line is exclusively sold through Bath & Body Works, and the new combination store concept will offer a more extensive variety of product offerings.
Bath & Body Works is located at Premier Centre on the corner of Highway 190 & N. Causeway Boulevard, next to Whole Foods Market in Mandeville. The store temporarily closed its doors for more than two months to complete the buildout and 1,538-square-foot expansion into part of the adjacent former Hallmark space. The new store format is part of a company-wide effort by Bath & Body Works to incorporate the popular candle and fragrance line into its existing storefronts.

Update on Whole Foods’ Mandeville Location and Addition of Forever 21 Red
While no small feat, we are inching closer to the opening of Whole Foods in a portion of the former Albertson’s grocery at Premier Centre! The anticipated opening date is late April 2016. We are equally as excited at the newest addition to Premier Centre with Forever 21 Red occupying the balance of the space with an amazing pre-Thanksgiving Holiday opening to the public.
This will be the first Whole Foods and second Forever 21 Red on the Northshore occupying a total of 60,000 square feet.
Premier Centre, a 273,000-square-foot shopping center near the intersection of U.S. 190 and North Causeway Boulevard in Mandeville, Louisiana, opened in 1998. The approximately 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market store, the first for Northshore of New Orleans, will offer customers a large selection of natural and organic products with features tailored to the local Louisiana community.
