About Will
Will Barrois joined Stirling in 2002 and serves as Vice President and Manager of the Advisory Division, an area that includes Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Northwest Florida. Located in Stirling’s Mobile, Alabama, office, Mr. Barrois oversees all aspects of the company’s Advisory and Investment Sales division and is a qualifying broker for Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
Before transitioning to Alabama, Mr. Barrois served as a Senior Advisor at Stirling in the Covington, Louisiana, office for 12 years. There he specialized in tenant representation and investment sales throughout the Gulf South region.
Mr. Barrois is a graduate of Louisiana State University and received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He resides in Fairhope, Alabama, with his wife and two daughters.

Beezie Landry
About Beezie
Beezie Landry currently serves as Vice President of Investment Advisors and has been with Stirling for over 20 years. In this role, Mr. Landry is responsible for the management of a highly skilled team of advisors specializing in the sale of investment properties across all property types…Multifamily, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Office and Industrial. Mr. Landry has represented a range of client types including private and institutional investors and has completed transactions with REITs including Weingarten Realty Investors, General Growth, Realty Income, AEI Funds, and Agree.
Mr. Landry also works closely with the Stirling Development Team coordinating the financing, refinancing, development, redevelopment, and acquisition of properties across property types. Previously, he gained extensive experience in Landlord Representation in leasing new developments and existing shopping centers.
Mr. Landry is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Retail Broker’s Network (RBN), and The New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors – Commercial Investment Division. Mr. Landry is also a member of the Tangipahoa Economic Development Foundation Board and the Southeastern Louisiana University Foundation Board.
Mr. Landry is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mr. Landry currently lives in Hammond with his wife, Jenny, and together they have two children, Carter and Lily.
Jeff Barnes
About Jeff
Jeff Barnes serves as Senior Investment Advisor and Market Leader in Stirling’s Mobile office. His responsibilities include general brokerage activities, including sales and leasing of commercial properties in Mobile and Baldwin Counties. His primary areas of focus consist of landlord representation and investment sales.
Prior to joining Stirling in January 2014, Jeff was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial and CFB Real Estate. Before relocating to Baldwin County in 2003, he was an active commercial broker in Birmingham, Alabama, with over 15 years of experience with Colonial Properties Trust and Atlanta-based Carter & Associates.
With more than 35 years in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Barnes has successfully represented numerous institutional owners, investors and developers. Professional affiliations and accomplishments include earning the CCIM designation, serving as President of the Alabama Chapter of NAIOP, serving as President of the Gulf Coast District of the Alabama Chapter of CCIM, and Trustee of the Alabama Center for Real Estate.
Current professional membership affiliations include AL CCIM Chapter, ICSC, Mobile Association of Realtors, and the Baldwin County Commercial Exchange Club.
Mr. Barnes is a graduate of the University of Alabama, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance.
Steve Legendre
About Steve
Steve Legendre, CCIM serves on Stirling’s Commercial Brokerage Division as Regional Vice President and Baton Rouge Market Leader. Since 1995, Steve has focused on helping clients with the acquisition, disposition and site selection related to Industrial and Office Properties, Land, and Real Estate Investments across Louisiana and the Gulf South. As a consistent Top Producer, Legendre has built a strong reputation in the industry based on his track record of successful transactions, professionalism and ethical conduct. Legendre is committed to understanding and meeting the specific needs of his clients, offering personalized advice and solutions tailored to their investment goals and requirements. Legendre fulfills a “Player/Coach” role as Market Leader for Stirling’s Baton Rouge Brokerage Office. Using expert knowledge, networking skills, negotiation expertise and persistence and drive, Legendre maintains his existing long-term relationships while continuing to cultivate new opportunities for the Stirling team through his focused value-add approach to the business.
Before joining Stirling, Steve, along with Ben Graham, CCIM, and Justin Langlois, CCIM, founded SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre (SVN GLL), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Baton Rouge servicing Louisiana’s Gulf Coast.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration from the University of New Orleans’ College of Business Administration in 1990. He began his commercial real estate career in 1995. In 2001, Legendre achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In 2014, Legendre earned his Louisiana Broker’s License. Over the course of his career, Steve has held several board positions, including the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR) Trends Committee, the GBRAR Commercial Investment Division (CID), and the CCIM Louisiana Chapter. He served as president of the GBRAR Commercial Investment Division in 2022 and as president of the Louisiana Commercial Database Board of Directors in 2023. Steve is currently the Trends in Real Estate Chairperson, sits on the Board of Directors for LACDB and is a Board Member for Project 70805, a local non-profit promoting social and economic growth in the North Baton Rouge area. Legendre served as committee chair for the Istrouma Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America Golf Tournament and continues to serve as an active member of the committee.
Legendre has been a member of St. George Parish since 1995 and has served in various leadership positions for both the school and church over the years.
Stacy Taylor
About Stacy
Stacy has been in the commercial real estate business for 22 years. He started in the Atlanta market as an office broker, working for Grubb & Ellis Company, and he later started his own firm, Taylor Real Estate Services. After relocating to Pensacola, he continued to grow his office practice and added a new service line that included retail brokerage focused primarily throughout NW Florida and Southern Georgia, as well as the coastal areas of both Mississippi and Alabama. Stacy represents both tenants and landlords and has tremendous experience with site selection, retail/office development, lease/purchase negotiations, market research, investment analysis and financial modeling.
During his time with Taylor Real Estate, Stacy was responsible for developing, marketing, leasing, and selling four office developments in North Atlanta: The Gates at McGinnis Ferry; The Gates at Sugarloaf; The Gates at Laurel Springs; and The Gates at North Point. In addition to the Gates assignments, he spent a great deal of time representing numerous office tenants in the metro area.
Since moving to Pensacola, he has successfully grown the retail brokerage group, which now includes over three million square feet under leasing and/or management. His team represents a number of national owners that include but are not limited to Washington Prime, DDR, Blackwater Resources, and Continental Realty. In June of 2019, he became a Partner of Beck Partners Holdings, LLC. While still an active producer, he is responsible for expanding their commercial real estate footprint, as well as growing, educating and cultivating new talent within the organization. Currently, Stacy is Regional Vice President, Market Leader – Pensacola/Tallahassee with Stirling.
Through years of experience, Stacy understands that building and maintaining strong relationships are equally important as completing the real estate transaction. His high level of experience in successfully completing over 1.5 million square feet in real estate transactions, as well as an estimated $150 million in sales, enables him to streamline the transaction process.
Stacy graduated from the University of Mississippi, earning a business major with an emphasis in Insurance and Real Estate. He was a member of the University golf team, as well as a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity.
Stacy is happily married to his wife, Tina Taylor. Together they have three kids: Whitney, Will, and Avery. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending his kids’ sporting events. All three of his children are heavily active in sports. When he is not watching the kids, Stacy enjoys boating and playing golf, which is his favorite hobby and true passion. His favorite catchphrase is: “Things are never quite as bad as they seem, but they never are quite as good as they seem either. So, keep your head down and keep working.”

Melissa S. Warren
About Melissa
Melissa S. Warren, CCIM is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor and the New Orleans metropolitan market leader for Stirling. She has provided clients with commercial real estate advisory services since 2001. As a Senior Advisor with Stirling in New Orleans, LA, Ms. Warren focuses on industrial, office, and retail sales, leasing, and tenant and landlord representation.
On behalf of clients, Melissa has been responsible for conducting investment, market, and financial analysis and negotiating purchase and lease contracts. She coordinates transaction due diligence, site selection services, and user decision analysis, and assists clients with planning and zoning matters. Additionally, Melissa has represented medical clients with medical retail and office site selection services. Before joining Stirling, she was the leasing agent for East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, LA. She has represented financial institutions in the disposition of distressed commercial assets and excess branch disposition. Over the years, she served numerous industrial and bioscience clients providing them with the services of site selection, market analysis, shipyard disposition, industrial park and river terminal land acquisition, ground-up development, and asset disposition.
Ms. Warren’s organizational service includes Board Member and President Ex-Officio of the NOMAR-CID (New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors – Commercial Investment Division); and Board Member of LACDB (the Louisiana Commercial Database). Commercial Real Estate professional affiliations include CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), NOMAR-CID, NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), and New Orleans CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). Melissa serves on the Board of the Louisiana SPCA, and volunteers with New Orleans City Park, and Habitat for Humanity.
Before joining Stirling, Ms. Warren was a senior real estate advisor for Grubb & Ellis/ Sawyer Commercial in Gulfport, MS. In 2006, she was designated a (CCIM) upon successfully passing the comprehensive final exam and passing the CCIM Institute’s panel judgment for the portfolio of qualifying industry experience.
After Hurricane Katrina, the mayor of Gulfport, MS selected Ms. Warren to co-chair the committee to rebuild Gulfport Harbor’s Jones Park where she helped spearhead fundraising, architectural charrettes, and development designs for the rebuilding of the park.
Ms. Warren graduated from Mississippi State University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She holds Louisiana and Mississippi real estate licenses.
