Grady Brame
About Grady
Grady Brame joined Stirling in 1982 and has over 40 years of real estate experience. As Executive Vice President, he is responsible for the Asset Management and Property Management departments for the company. He is also accountable for the asset management functions for more than 4,000,000 square feet of retail, office and self-storage properties, including the financial reporting functions, property management, lease negotiations, budgeting, real estate taxes, lender relations and financial reporting to partners. He is also a member of Stirling’s Executive Leadership Team.
Mr. Brame previously served as Controller and Vice President-Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Asset Management before moving to his current position.
Before joining Team Stirling, he worked as a certified public accountant with the International Accounting Firm of Ernst & Young in Houston. He is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past Treasurer of the Hammond Chamber of Commerce and a past president of the Hammond Exchange Club, the Tangipahoa Parish Chapter of the Louisiana State University Alumni Association and the Louisiana Golf Association.
Mr. Brame graduated from Louisiana State University in 1979 with a degree in Accounting.
Donna F. Smith
About Donna
Donna F. Smith is a partner with Stirling and serves as the Asset Manager of a portfolio of properties owned by third parties, which includes the responsibility for property and construction management, leasing, financial reporting, budgeting, financing and refinancing, contractual compliance and general client interface.
Before joining Stirling, Mrs. Smith was a Leasing Executive with Woodmont Development (New Orleans Galleria) and a paralegal with the law firm of Seale, Macaluso, Ross and Daigle in Hammond, Louisiana. She is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from SLU, a 2002 graduate of the Louisiana Realtors Leadership Program, a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a CRRP (Certified Retail Real Estate Professional), and a Notary Public for Tangipahoa, St. Helena, Livingston, and St. Tammany Parishes.
She was selected by New Orleans CityBusiness as one of the 2004 Women of the Year.
Her past organizational services include Board Member and Secretary for The Disposable Heroes; Chairman of the Board for Hammond Chamber of Commerce; Past Member of the Southeastern Louisiana University Accounting Advisory Board; Past President of New Orleans C.R.E.W. (Commercial Real Estate Women); Northshore Council of Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center; Gulf Coast Business Council; the Hammond Special Olympics of Louisiana Spring Fundraising Committee; Past President of the SLU Alumni Association; Past President of The Richard Murphy Hospice Foundation; Past Board Member of the Tangipahoa Association of Retarded Citizens; Past Director on the Board of the Directors of the Castlewoods, Annandale, Cypress Lake and Bridgepointe Subdivisions in the Jackson, Mississippi, metro area; and a past member of the Business and Industry Committee of the Louisiana Realtors Association.
Mrs. Smith holds Louisiana and Mississippi real estate licenses and has been in the real estate business for over 39 years.
Patrick Malik
About Patrick
Patrick Malik joined Stirling in May of 2001 and is the Vice President of Property & Risk Management in the Property Management Division. His responsibilities include the management of the Property Management Division, including direct and indirect supervision and support of all property managers and their respective support staff for all properties in Stirling’s Property Management portfolio. In addition, he also coordinates purchasing and service contract efforts to take advantage of economies of scale, improve standardization, and quality across the managed portfolio.
Additionally, Mr. Malik oversees corporate and property risk management, directing the company’s Property and Casualty Insurance Program and Risk Management to include sourcing, risk management, risk assessments, alternative premium financing, captives, promoting loss prevention solutions at the property and operational levels, promoting safety, claims management, and emergency planning & response.
Mr. Malik has been an ICSC member for over 25 years. Before joining Stirling, he was employed with Property One, Inc. and Sizeler Real Estate Management Company, Inc. He graduated in 1987 from the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s degree in management.
Mr. Malik has over 35 years of property management experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate sectors, including regional malls and strip centers, Class A & B office buildings, mini-storage, warehouse, and parking facilities. He is an avid fisherman, boater, and enjoys time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Ryan Juneau
About Ryan
Ryan Juneau serves as Vice President of Asset Management, responsible for ancillary development and construction, property operations, leasing, financing, financial reporting, and investor relations for internally owned, joint venture, and third-party managed assets. His portfolio includes both newly opened and mature shopping centers and office buildings throughout Louisiana.
After joining Stirling in 2013, Mr. Juneau worked for three years in the Development Division as a Project Manager, where he oversaw several new development and renovations of retail, office, multifamily, and infrastructure projects. In that role, he was responsible for due diligence, entitlements, construction management, and tenant coordination.
Mr. Juneau started his career as a consulting associate for the large accounting firm, CohnReznick, in Atlanta, GA, where he worked in investor due diligence, financial modeling, and capital structuring of tax credit real estate deals. He later moved home to Baton Rouge to handle development and acquisitions for le Triomphe Property Group.
An alumnus of Louisiana State University, Mr. Juneau holds a degree in Finance/Real Estate and later graduated from the Executive MBA Program. He also achieved the Certified Development, Design, and Construction Professional (CDP) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) certifications from ICSC.
Lindsey Palmer
About Lindsey
Mrs. Palmer joined Stirling in August of 2006 and currently serves as Director of Property Services, managing many levels of support for the company’s Property and Asset Management Divisions. She has over 15 years of property management experience in commercial power and strip shopping centers, Self Storage facilities, Class A & B office buildings and development finance.
In her role, Lindsey is responsible for overseeing the hiring, training and supervision of Stirling’s Property Managers, as well as property services support and maintenance staff. In addition, she manages the day-to-day operations of multiple retail, office and storage facilities throughout the Gulf South region.
She played an instrumental role in the development/redevelopment of some of Stirling’s premier projects, including Hammond Square Shopping Center (Hammond) and Fremaux Town Center (Slidell).
Born and raised in Tangipahoa Parish, Lindsey is actively involved in the Greater Hammond Chamber of Commerce, Tangipahoa School System and supports several Hammond-area organizations.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water with her husband, daughter and young son. They currently reside in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
Brice Pelfrey
About Brice
Brice embarked on his professional journey over 18 years ago at Beck Partners, specializing in commercial property management. Throughout his career, he has managed extensive portfolios spanning millions of square feet across commercial and multi-use properties. Currently, Brice holds the position of Regional Vice President of Asset Management at Stirling.
Brice oversees the Eastern Division’s portfolio of properties, as well as asset services, construction management and facility maintenance. The Eastern Division’s portfolio represents commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. Brice is responsible for the supervision of managers and properties, training of employees, and reporting on the financial and physical status of each investment to property owners. He works closely with managers of each property to guarantee quality service to each tenant is always kept at the highest possible level.
Brice has produced many innovative and successful projects, including a tenant relations program, automated property management systems, and enhanced communication with management and field personnel. In addition, he has spearheaded the expansion of the Property Management Division from Pensacola to surrounding markets in the Southeast. Through his leadership, the Property Management Division has become recognized as a partner who can assist clients in achieving their investment and operational goals.
Brice has a Bachelor of Science and a Double Major in Real Estate and Multinational Business from Florida State University.
Brice lives in Pensacola, Florida with his wife and three children. You can most often find him enjoying outdoor activities and sports with his family.
