Stirling is excited to announce a NEW LEASE at 862 Hwy. 98, Suites B-1 & B-2 in Destin, FL! Seaside Outfitters is the newest tenant, securing 3,372 SF of prime retail space to bring their coastal-inspired shopping experience to the area.

This successful transaction was handled by Shawn Maxey I Commercial Real Estate and Alec Purser, representing both the landlord and tenant.

Stirling is thrilled to announce a NEW LEASE at 3656 Government Blvd., Suite F, Mobile, AL!  Speed Way Auto Tint is the newest tenant, securing a 3,155 SF retail space to bring their expert auto tinting services to the area.

Representing the landlord in this successful deal was Team McArthur: Commercial Real Estate Advisors – Stirling.

Shipps Dockside Grill has leased 9,046 SF of waterfront restaurant space located at 27075 Marina Road in Orange Beach, AL.

As an integral part of Orange Beach Marina, the new restaurant will offer a great dining experience – with access by land or water. The scheduled opening date is Spring 2025.

COVINGTON, LA – Stirling and Kent Design Build officially opened the doors to their new corporate headquarters today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at River Chase Office II. The newly completed Class A office building, spanning more than 50,000 square feet, stands as a testament to both companies’ continued investment in St. Tammany Parish and their commitment to long-term growth.

The significance of Stirling and Kent Design Build’s decision to keep their corporate headquarters in Louisiana has been recognized by business leaders across the region. Michael Hecht, President and CEO of Greater New Orleans, Inc. (GNO, Inc.), highlighted in his remarks how this investment as a strong indicator of confidence in Louisiana’s business climate and economic future. By choosing to grow locally, both companies reaffirm their commitment to the region’s workforce, infrastructure, and economic development.

Located near the intersection of Interstate 12 and LA Highway 21, the new headquarters will provide a dynamic and collaborative workspace designed to enhance efficiency and innovation. The building features modern amenities, including a rooftop terrace, a reservable boardroom for tenants, and a state-of-the-art geothermal HVAC system, reinforcing a forward-thinking approach to workplace design.
