Amanda Goldman
About Amanda
Amanda Goldman has been active in real estate for thirteen years. She joined Stirling’s commercial real estate team in January of 2017, working from the company’s Mobile, Alabama office, where she is responsible for sales and leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and special projects as an Advisor. She is currently a candidate for the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Recently, in addition to her role as an Advisor, Amanda was awarded the position of Executive Administrator of the Advisory Division at Stirling where her mission is to regulate and execute the administrative duties for over 56 Advisors in the company.
Following 11 years of service in the United States Air Force, Ms. Goldman has spent more than 30 years in sales, developing an expertise in working with national and local businesses and providing quality service.
She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Commercial Exchange Group for Baldwin County, and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). A native of Manhattan, New York, Amanda is blessed with three grown daughters and ten grandchildren.
Debbie Anglin
About Debbie
Debbie is a native of Pensacola but expanded her profession in Sarasota, Florida. She began her career in 1990 as an agent with NAI Halford in Pensacola. During her 14 years with this company, Debbie became a broker and received her office designation as an SIOR (Society of Industrial Realtors). In 2004, she relocated together with her husband to Sarasota, Florida, to be with her kids and grandkids. Debbie joined Ian Black Real Estate as a commercial broker. In 2014, she returned home and joined Beck Partners CRE, LLC as a Broker Associate/Vice President. Currently, Debbie is a Senior Advisor with Stirling.
Debbie’s primary focus is Office, Retail, and Industrial Sales and Leasing. She holds an Office Designation with the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR). She is also a member of the National, Florida, and Pensacola Association of REALTORS®.
Debbie is married to Kipp Anglin. They have a son, Ben, and a daughter, Jillian. As a grandmother of four, Debbie’s most enjoyable pastime is spending time with all of her family as much as possible. Her hobbies include boating, fishing, swimming and golf. She has a passion for growing succulent plants, most of which were transported from Sarasota and are still surviving and thriving to this day.

Steadman Bethea
About Steadman
Steadman Bethea serves as an Investment Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Mobile, Alabama, office. Steadman currently works in a junior/senior role with Jeff Barnes, CCIM. His responsibilities include general brokerage activities, including the sale and leasing of commercial properties. Steadman is also a member of the Stirling Investment Advisors team.
Before joining Stirling, Steadman worked as a Real Estate Advisor with 30A Realty, located on the Gulf Coast of the Florida Panhandle, where he was a member of one of the top-performing teams in the market.
He has also held the roles of analyst and account executive with Walton Funding, a private mortgage company. Here he garnered knowledge and experience with lending on investment properties and commercial loans, a skillset he uses to help guide his clients in making intelligent real estate decisions.
A native of Montgomery, AL, Steadman graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance. He holds commercial real estate licenses in both Florida and Alabama.
He and his wife reside in Fairhope, AL, with their daughter. He is a member of the Baldwin Commercial Exchange Club and an active volunteer as a YoungLife Leader.
Rankin Bihm
About Rankin
Rankin Bihm has been a dedicated Advisor at Stirling since 2019, specializing in retail leasing and sales across all South and Central Louisiana markets. With a proven track record, Rankin has successfully closed numerous retail deals, including transactions above 50,000 square feet.
Active in the real estate community, he is a member of the Realtors Commercial Alliance and ICSC, staying abreast of industry trends. Prior to joining Stirling, Rankin excelled as a Multimedia Consultant, bringing a valuable skill set in market analysis to his current role.
Rankin holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Residing in Acadia Parish with his wife Shannon, Rankin enjoys the outdoors, the warmth of home by lighting fires and exploring his passion for cooking.
Darryl Bonner
About Darryl
Darryl Bonner joined Stirling in March 2018 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. He is responsible for short- and long-term strategic planning of the company’s expanding commercial portfolio. He also supports new business growth across various service areas, including development, management, leasing, and acquisitions.
Previously, Bonner was Senior Vice President of Retail for Cousins Properties in Atlanta, GA, where he was accountable for all retail leasing activity—from specialty centers to mixed-use projects and office properties, including the procurement of key leases and tenants during pre-development activities in new projects.
Prior to that, Bonner held a range of retail leasing executive positions at General Growth Properties in Atlanta, GA; Jim Wilson & Associates in Montgomery, AL; and Robert B. Aikens & Associates in Troy, MI.
A Florida native, Bonner earned his bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA, and his MBA from Auburn University in Montgomery, AL. He is a member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) and holds the professional designations of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX).
He is a frequent guest speaker at Auburn University, Southeastern Louisiana University, ICSC conferences, industry roundtable discussions, and real estate educational programs. He also sits on the Masters of Real Estate Development (MRED) Advisory Board at Auburn University.
Thomas P. Bryan, IV
About Thomas
Thomas Bryan, a 15-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, has made a vast contribution to the retail landscape both locally and nationwide, with a concentration in the Southern United States. Based in New Orleans, LA, he has produced nearly $100M in transaction volume over the last two years alone throughout the country.
Thomas has been instrumental in rollouts for retailers in the electronics, experiential retail, family entertainment, fitness, and soft goods sectors, to name a few. He has facilitated the expansion of medical/office occupiers as well. This experience and expertise have created a nationwide network of contacts and information available to his clients. He divides his focus on retail, office, medical, and industrial tenant and buyer representation as well as investment sales acquisition. Most recently, he completed the rollout of a boutique fitness studio securing 189 locations nationwide. He has also been integral in the negotiations and development of retail anchor pursuits in relation to investment acquisitions.
Prior work experiences include brokerage services with CBRE out of the Richmond, VA, office and property management/operations with Tishman Speyer out of Washington, DC.
Thomas has been an active member of ICSC, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Retail Brokers Network (RBN), and Business Networking International (BNI). He is active in his community as a State Board Member for the Louisiana Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and actively involved in Habitat for Humanity.
Thomas is a 2004 graduate of The College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
