Brandi Chambless
About Brandi
Brandi Chambless is a native of Avoyelles Parish in Louisiana. She attended LSU Paralegal School and graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe and LSU Shreveport, where she completed an MBA.
She holds the coveted CCIM designation as well as two data analytics designations specific to the field of hospitality, CAHTA, and CHIA, winning an international award in 2020 from Smith Travel Research for a team project featuring the city of Tokyo.
She is an entrepreneur who believes women have tremendous power to impact society with creativity and grit. Perfectly seeing the undiscovered potential of any future development, Brandi produces content that brings an idea to life for her clients. She is a published author of five book projects as well as an established columnist in the North Texas suburban market, accumulating 55,000 followers in distribution throughout the last 15 years. She has been a featured keynote speaker of the Gulf Coast AAHOA for female entrepreneurs.
Brandi is a communications mastermind who integrates storytelling with real estate projects. Certified as an instructor with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, she is also an engaged community advocate who has contributed as a foster mom. Proudly having raised her own LSU Tiger, a rising entrepreneur himself, she calls Baton Rouge home, where she is an avid LSU women’s basketball fan.
Seth Citron
About Seth
Seth Citron joined the Stirling team in 2007 and serves as a senior real estate advisor for the company’s commercial brokerage division. With a focus that includes representation of both landlord and tenant needs, Seth has a diversified portfolio of transactions in multiple facets of commercial real estate.
He has knowledge and experience in numerous fields, such as industrial, land, office, retail, and specific site selection needs. His particular geographical areas of expertise include but are not limited to Southwest Louisiana and specific markets of Lafayette, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, Houma, and Alexandria.
Mr. Citron is an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN). He is also actively involved with the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) and has been an annual presenter of the Acadiana area retail segment with the Acadiana Commercial Outlook (ACO) annual seminar. He is pursuing a candidacy to acquire the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification.
Seth is a proud native of Lafayette, Louisiana, where he resides. He is married to Allison Butler Citron with three sons, Harrison Paul Citron, Ellis James Citron, and Louis Charles Citron.
He graduated from the University of Louisiana, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Management.
Bradley Cook
About Bradley
Bradley Cook serves as an Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team. Based in the Covington, LA, office, his primary focus includes investment and development in the land and industrial sectors. He works closely with local, state, and regional leaders to promote economic development opportunities. He is a member of the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce, Louisiana CCIM Chapter, Realtor Land Institute (RLI), New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) Commercial Investment Division (CID), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Since joining Stirling, Cook has worked on successful projects for recreational land sales, transitional land development and industrial and commercial companies of all sizes, including Carvana, St. Tammany Health System, Ochsner Health, American Freight and Factory, Dana Incorporated, DSLD, goPuff, Burger King, and others. In addition, Cook is the lead broker for the 6,000+ acre Bilten Park future development site, Louisiana’s premier future advanced manufacturing and logistics mega-site location in St. Tammany Parish. He also led efforts for Stirling Properties’ first build-to-suit industrial facility for Dana Inc., which is now operational within Fremaux Park in Slidell.
Born in New Orleans and a resident of the Northshore, Bradley earned his bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees from Louisiana Tech University while also being named as the Graduate Student of the year in 2006. He is a strong local advocate for the special needs and foster care communities as a former Board Member and volunteer for Special Olympics Louisiana, Youth Service Bureau (YSB) and James Samaritan. Cook serves as the President of the Realtor Land Institute Louisiana Chapter since 2018 and is a graduate of the 2024 Louisiana Leadership, 2019 New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI), the 2018 Nancy Marsiglia Institute of Justice Inaugural Class at Loyola University, 2018 Leadership St. Tammany, Board of Directors at Large Louisiana Realtors, NAIOP Gulf Coast Chapter Membership Committee Chair, and RLI Louisiana Chapter President.
Cook is a CCIM and holds commercial real estate licenses in Louisiana and Mississippi while working with clients throughout the Southeast. He is also pursuing the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and Certified Louisiana Economic Development (CLED) designations.
Daniel Cook
About Daniel
Daniel Cook is an Advisor with Stirling’s brokerage team, working from the Covington, Louisiana office.
Born and raised in the Mandeville – Covington area, Daniel is carving a niche in real estate with a primary focus on agriculture and industry. Armed with a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, Daniel’s solid educational foundation complements his extensive industrial expertise formed with his hands-on experience working in the oil field industry and his agriculture expertise formed while working on various farms. Daniel’s hands-on experience provides him with a unique edge in navigating industrial and agricultural spaces. Consequently, Daniel’s proficiency in these industries provides him with an invaluable resource to aid clients seeking agricultural, recreational, industrial, or investment properties.

Charles Cornay
About Charles
Charles Cornay serves as a Senior Advisor for Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the Lafayette, LA, office since 1996. His experience makes him an expert in his field. His experience includes the recent sale of 2 industrial distribution centers with a combined square footage of 200,000 sq.ft. He is accomplished in Seller and Buyer representation, primarily focused on industrial, office and land segments in the market. He has successfully negotiated over 1,000 sales and leasing transactions, working with a diverse client base, including grocery stores, apartment complexes, restaurants, retailers, and land developers/users.
Mr. Cornay’s abilities include market strategies, site selection, site analysis, assistance in due diligence, and monitoring deals with potential customers.
Charles has been an advisor with Stirling since 1996 or 28 years. He is a member of Stirling Industrial Advisors, One Acadiana, Lafayette Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Lafayette, National Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Acadiana.
Beth Cristina

Beth Cristina serves as Senior Advisor / Broker Associate with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s New Orleans, Louisiana, office. Specializing in both landlord and tenant representation, she has been a commercial real estate leader in New Orleans and across the southeast region for more than 44 years.
Beth has extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, development, and investments. Her knowledge and expertise range from vacant land to single-tenant and high-rise office buildings. Her qualifications include office and retail market analysis, tenant/landlord and purchaser/seller representation, marketing, sales and leasing strategies, and consulting services.
