Lee de la Houssaye joined Stirling in 1997, where she serves as a Senior Advisor on the commercial advisory team, working from the Covington, Louisiana, office. She has been a commercial real estate leader in the greater New Orleans areas for over 40 years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation in office sales and leasing. She is also highly experienced in commercial site selection and acquisitions.
Ms. de la Houssaye has provided her expertise to an impressive list of landlords, tenants, and investors over the years, resulting in thousands of lease transactions and sales. Some of the corporate entities she has worked with include Ampirical Solutions, AT&T, Cantium, Chevron, DaimlerChrysler Motors, Fleetcor, General Services Administration (G.S.A.), Hornbeck Offshore Operations, LLOG Exploration, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, PoolCorp, and Southern Farm Bureau, to name a few.
Ms. de la Houssaye has received many distinguished Sales Awards from Stirling, the Northshore Area Board of Realtors, the Commercial Investment Division (C.I.D.), and the St. Tammany Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of St Mary’s Dominican College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis on Management.

He has been a multi-million-dollar producer in Louisiana and regularly closes deals in all aspects of commercial properties, including industrial, office, land, and investment sales.
Austin has received numerous awards and honors and outpaces the competition with several records to his credit. He has developed an innovative information system for tenants (over 50,000) and retail spaces that allow him to track businesses by lease expiration, location, industry type, and other parameters, as well as a property system that tracks major shopping centers to determine vacancy and absorption trends.
Earhart’s landlord representation includes institutional and local owners with retail portfolios ranging from 5,000 square feet to major power centers. He has worked with many of the nation’s leading retailers, including Murphy USA, Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness, Walmart, Lowe’s, Whitney Hancock Bank, AmSouth Bank, Mid-South Bank, Chase, FedEx Kinko’s, Starbucks, Xerox, Best Buy, Eatel, Rally’s/Checkers, Walgreens, Papa Johns, CarMax, Slim Chickens, RPM Pizza, Aspen Dental, and Hobby Lobby, to name a few. He is also the exclusive leasing agent of the TICI Group Strategic Alliance Partners for Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Joe’s educational background is as impressive as his professional accomplishments. He graduated from Southeast Louisiana University in 2007, laying the groundwork for his future success. Juhmad M. Hollis
About Juhmad
Juhmad M. Hollis joined Stirling in 2022 and serves as an Advisor, Associate Broker with the company’s Commercial Brokerage Division. With over 17 years of real estate experience, he began his career at Sil-loH Properties, LLC., in Birmingham, Alabama, working alongside his father and sister. As a guide, advisor, and educator, Mr. Hollis developed a deep understanding of the industry, effectively communicating with clients, empowering them, and providing real-time solutions to challenges. In December 2012, he assumed the role of President/CEO at Sil-loH Properties, LLC., holding the position until October 2015 when he transitioned to BRIK Realty as their Qualifying Broker. In 2017, Mr. Hollis established Sil-loH Realty New Orleans after relocating to Louisiana.
Mr. Hollis currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Gulf South Real Estate Information Network and served as a Director on the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and Louisiana REALTORS®. He has contributed to the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Birmingham Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and presided as President of the Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service.
A member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Mr. Hollis has also mentored with Son of Saint in New Orleans and actively participated in the National Association of REALTORS®, serving on the Diversity Committee and Federal Finance and Housing Committee. He is an At-Large Member of NAIOP and is on his “Path to the Pin” to earn the coveted CCIM designation.
Mr. Hollis, a graduate of the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, Birmingham Association of REALTORS®, and Louisiana REALTORS® Leadership Academies, is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Morehouse College. Will Jenkins
About Will
Will Jenkins serves as an Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team from the company’s Pensacola, FL office.
Before joining Stirling, Will spent most of his career as an advertising executive developing growth strategies for Southwest Airlines, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, The United States Air Force, Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, Diageo, and John Deere. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Sales at Medusa Distribution in New Jersey.
Will is originally from Baton Rouge, LA. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
He currently resides in Orange Beach, AL with his family.
Scott Macdonald
About Scott
Scott Macdonald serves as a Senior Advisor with Stirling commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Baton Rouge office. He has more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience and a background that includes the negotiation and successful closing of over $650 million in sales and leasing transactions. His caliber of expertise adds depth to Stirling’s roster and a specialty in office and industrial leasing.
Since joining Stirling in 2011, Scott has been a top producing agent for the company. He is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR) and served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of GBRAR from 2016-2019.
Mr. Macdonald previously served as the 2019 Chairperson for the Baton Rouge CID Trends Seminar. He has also served on the Board of Managers for the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB) from 2018-2019. In addition, Mr. Macdonald served on the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association 2020 Capital Area Heart Walk.
Before joining Stirling, Mr. Macdonald was Vice President of Cassidy Turley/CPS, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company in San Jose, California. His primary focus while with Cassidy Turley was office and manufacturing leasing and sales.
Mr. Macdonald is a Louisiana native and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
