About Shawn
Shawn began working in commercial real estate in 2016, when he moved to Pensacola, Florida. Shawn initially worked in leasing, property management, and development for a national multifamily property management and development company. Today, he works with national, local, and regional clients in sales and leasing commercial retail properties.
Over the course of his career, Shawn has developed the knowledge and skills needed to assist his clients in their respected real estate goals. He prides himself on cultivating relationships within the industry and leads every conversation with a focus on trust and transparency. Shawn has also developed an indisputable credibility by exceeding the expectations of service while working with some of the industry’s most active tenants, buyers, sellers, and landlords. All of this and more he brings to the table as one of Stirling’s Senior Advisors.

Karen McElroy, CCIM
About Karen
Karen McElroy, CCIM began her real estate career in 2003, specializing in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial property. Based in Shreveport, her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, Shreveport/Bossier City and surrounding areas on the I-20 corridor. She offers a full range of leasing and brokerage services, including tenant and buyer representation, property listings, site selection, and consulting. She has worked with many local, regional, and national clients with the site selection process and/or in acquisitions and dispositions.
Karen is an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities), has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and is a member of the Retail Broker’s Network (RBN). She was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Young Professionals sponsored by the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and the Dale Carnegie Program. She is past chairman of the Northwest Louisiana Real Estate Trends Conference and a past member of the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB) Board of Directors.
Mrs. McElroy is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is married with five children and is actively involved in numerous school, church, and community nonprofit and service organizations.
Thomas McVoy
About Thomas
Thomas McVoy has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2015. He sold residential property for three years before transitioning to commercial real estate sales and leasing.
Thomas began his real estate career with Levin Rinke Realty, where he excelled in representing buyers and sellers for luxury properties at one of the top residential brokerages in the Pensacola area. His ability to work with clients on all matters to ensure a smooth transaction did not go unnoticed. Thomas worked diligently to ensure every client was represented to the fullest by guiding and advising them at every turn. The switch to commercial real estate came from successful brokers as mentors and a desire to further his skillset in the real estate industry. Thomas is currently a Stirling Advisor.
When he is off the clock, there are three activities Thomas loves to do: spend time with his family, hunting and golfing.

Jill Meeks
About Jill
Jill Meeks serves as a Senior Advisor and Property Manager with Stirling, working in the company’s Mobile, Alabama, office. The focal point of her work has been in office and retail leasing, commercial sales, and landlord and tenant representation. She is also responsible for overseeing the Property Management of office space in Mobile County.
Before joining Stirling in 2014, Mrs. Meeks served as Vice President of John Toomey & Company for twenty-one years and was instrumental in the company’s development through acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
She began her career in Commercial Real Estate at Roberts Brothers, Inc., where she worked for two years in the Commercial Department before joining Lyon Properties, Inc. to work with Mr. Billy Lyon and Mr. John Toomey. Mrs. Meeks worked there for four years before Mr. Toomey opened his own company and hired her.
Mrs. Meeks is involved with the Mobile Area Association of Realtors and previously served on the board of directors. In addition, she is an active member of the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange group, where she served as the organization’s 2017 President. She has earned numerous awards and recognition for her commercial transactions and sales volume, including Stirling’s Bronze Award in 2017-2019 and Silver Award in 2016 and 2021. She was also the recipient of the 2022 Platinum Broker Award from Crexi, and the 2018 and 2022 Power Broker Award from CoStar.
Camm Morton
About Camm
Camm Morton has been involved in commercial real estate sales and leasing for over 40 years. He currently works as a Senior Advisor in Stirling’s Baton Rouge office. With a reputation for integrity and success, Camm brings unsurpassed national market experience managing companies in commercial property leasing, renovation, real estate development and property management. He has established an exceptional record of noteworthy accomplishments including bold mixed-use projects, Traditional Neighborhood Developments (TNDs), and the high-profile and successful renovation of the historic Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center in downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Camm has owned and successfully developed real estate in 29 states and Puerto Rico, including his own company and a billion-dollar NYSE-traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
Working as the President of Retail Development for Western Development Corporation, Morton served as the developer in charge of creating Potomac Mills, an outlet mall in Woodbridge, Virginia, in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Potomac Mills was later deemed “one of the most significant developments in retail” and was the prototype development of the Mills concept.
Before joining Stirling, Camm worked as a Senior Advisor with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Camm is a prior chairman of the Louisiana Lieutenant Governor’s Volunteer Louisiana Commission and has served in a range of volunteer capacities on numerous nonprofit boards including Boy Scouts of America, Junior Achievement and The Baton Rouge Growth Coalition. He has “rung the bell” at the NYSE and appeared on national news outlets including CNN and CNBC as well as the ABC TV news program 20/20. Camm has received many honors over the years, but his most cherished is his Boy Scouts of America “Silver Beaver” award.
Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Camm was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Richmond, Virginia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Hampden-Sydney College where he played football and made two National Championship appearances. He holds a Master of Science degree in horticulture from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from East Carolina University.
In addition to his real estate activities, Camm is currently the CEO of VR Baton Rouge, which is affiliated with VR Worldwide, helping business owners create real value for themselves and their families.
Foster Murphy
About Foster
Foster Murphy is an Advisor with Stirling’s commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Covington, Louisiana, office. Foster’s primary focus areas are office, medical and retail sales, leasing, and new development projects. He also has extensive experience with tenant representation and in-depth market knowledge, allowing him to provide sound advice to his clients.
Foster is dedicated to providing clients with the best quality of service, adding value for investors in the market, and growing new connections into long-term customer relationships. He has a personal love for architecture and experience in AutoCAD, which allows him to visualize his clients’ needs and wants for their properties.
Before joining Stirling, Foster was an integral member of the SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate team in Baton Rouge. Prior to that, he spent seven years working in property management for a single owner and then transitioned to a commercial real estate/property management firm in the Capital Region.
Foster has also had the privilege of representing numerous nonprofit organizations, including Volunteers of America, Veteran Affairs, ARC Baton Rouge, Special Olympics of LA, Greater Baton Rouge Industrial Alliance, Baton Rouge Youth Coalition, Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency, and the Louisiana Assessor’s Association, in fulfilling their real estate requirements with dedication and expertise.
When not immersed in the real estate market, Foster cherishes moments with his fiancée, Meagan, alongside his family and friends. He enjoys golfing, reading, carpentry, hunting, and fishing, often accompanied by his loyal black lab, Goose.
